When does teliad settle credit notes?
At the end of each month, all performance periods that began in the previous month and have been fulfilled successfully in the current month are accounted for in a collective credit.
Advance payments and fulfilment of performance in particular play a part here. For example, it is possible that the booking is not fulfilled by the seller for various reasons for which we are not responsible. Therefore performance periods can only be accounted for when they have been successfully fulfilled.
A monthly compact invoice is in the interests of both sides, since a large number of sellers have many bookings, each with small sums. In your customer account under "My account" - "Credit notes" you can see a preview of your next credit note.
Therefore a certain waiting time cannot be avoided. Please also consider that the waiting time for sellers at teliad is shorter than that at any other advertising or affiliate network.
