How do I use the internal teliad mailing system?

At teliad you will be notified via email about any activity. You can view those emails via your Dashboard or under the tab „My Account“

Also, you have the possibility to contact fellow users there. Please note that this is no open mailing system but only accessible within bookings.

You may post concrete enquiries regarding active, pending or recently completed bookings (e.g. integrations) via our mailing system.
 
Your mail will be delivered directly to another user, not to our support staff. We kindly ask you to post any support related enquiries to our support staff directly.

Please keep in mind that communication between users on our marketplace is solely meant for the purpose of enquiring about current or ending bookings. It is prohibited to send advertisements or spam to other users. There is an option to report users as spam. Furthermore, teliad draws samples and checks the communication between users on a regular basis. If a user is reported as spam, we reserve the right to deactivate the according account and delete mails from the system.
