Where and how can I change my membership details?
You can change your membership details at any time under the menu item "My account". Please note that if you relocate your residence or business to another country, the previous payment method may no longer be possible and you will have to specify a different payment method. Besides that, changes to the payment method only apply to invoices and credits that were issued after the date of the change. It is essential that payments for invoices which have already been drawn up and are still open are made using the payment method specified up to this point in time.
