How does the teliad crawler operate?
teliad checks daily using an automatic crawler whether or not bookings have been set correctly.
Should the crawler spot a faulty integration, you will receive an error message, which informs you about this finding and asks you to check your offer and correct it.
Since the crawler detects automatically, whether a Blog Post has been corrected or not, there is no need for manual feedback to teliad.
If you do not correct an error message within three days, or immediately if it occurs again, the buyer has the option to terminate without notice. In this case you will forfeit all remaining claims for payment in connection with this booking.
Please note that discrepancies may arise in terms of time, since the crawler is only active once per day, time discrepancies can occur. Therefore, if in doubt, please always wait one or two days before contacting us. Corrections of mistakes are determined automatically, i.e. in this case there is no need to contact us.
