No, the website must necessarily have a feed. A newsfeed, usually a RSS feed or Atom feed, is a service on a website that supplies the posts / news in compressed form. Once you have subscribed for the feed, it will provide the reader automatically with new entries. Since we determine all articles via the feed, we cannot make any exceptions.
