How can I terminate the individual bookings for my text link offers?
Your termination options depend on which booking status the booking in question has.
“Green status”: This is an active booking which you cannot cancel early; you can only let it expire at the end of the current performance period (menu item “My text links” - “display” button - “terminate”). If you remove the text link before the performance period has expired, this will be automatically detected by our text link crawler. In this case the buyer will have the option to cancel from the third day onwards. If he uses this option, you will forfeit your entire claim to payment.
“Yellow status”: In the case of a booking with this status, the payment has been received, but the text link has not yet been integrated. Since you do not have to accept every booking, you can cancel bookings which have the yellow status without any problem.
