Why is my Paypal or credit card payment not marked immediately as having been paid?
Paypal
After you have made payment by Paypal, the invoice does not automatically receive the status "paid". We check Paypal payments daily via a separate interface. Please also note that we only mark Paypal payments as having been paid once the transaction achieves the status "completed". If the transaction has the "status open", the payment sum is not yet available at Paypal and has not yet been received by us.
Credit card
After you have made payment by credit card, the invoice does not automatically receive the status "paid". We check credit card payments daily via a separate interface.
