What are the deadlines within which teliad’s invoices must be paid?

New bookings
New bookings must be paid in advance and bookings are only set after payment has been received.

Extension invoices
In order to ensure that credit notes are paid to backlink sellers on time, extension invoices must be paid before the start of the new performance period. You will be informed of this date when the invoice is issued and, if need be, you will be reminded again. If we do not receive payment by this time, teliad will cancel the extension again so that a new performance period cannot start if the payment for this has not yet been received.

In the case of multiple bookings, we try to bundle them as best possible and to issue invoices at intervals of several days. However, monthly collective invoices are not possible because teliad cannot delay its obligation to pay the sellers for so long. If you still have not received an e-mail regarding a new invoice more than one week after the extension, please check whether you can retrieve this invoice under the menu item "My account" - "Invoices".
