Many reasons speak against the automatic dispatch of invoices by post, such as effort, costs and delivery time. teliad is aware that some customers (tradespeople in Germany) require invoices on paper for tax reasons. However, a PDF invoice (retrievable by mail and in your account) is entirely sufficient initially. The function "Request invoices by post" is conceived so that invoices required by post can be accumulated and requested at regular intervals. However, we would ask that you only request invoices by post if you really need them on paper (e.g. for your tax advisor or in the case of a possible tax audit).
