My extension has been cancelled because the invoice wasn’t paid on time.
In order to ensure that credits are paid to sellers on time, extension invoices must be paid before the start of the new performance period. You will be informed of this date when the invoice is issued and, if need be, you will be reminded again. If we do not receive payment by this time, teliad will cancel the extension again so that a new performance period cannot start if the payment for this has not yet been received.
We would therefore urgently request that in future, you make sure to comply with the payment date shown on the invoice!
We recommend that you make an advance payment into your invoice credit account. Since invoices are automatically paid from your invoice credit account, you no longer run the risk of not being able to pay extension invoices on time.
If the extension has been cancelled, the only option open to you is to make the booking again. In this case, please note in the remarks field when booking that it is a continuation and that you forgot to activate the extension option. As a rule, the seller will not remove the booking, even if the new booking has had an orange or yellow status for 1 or 2 more days.
