Your termination options depend on the status of your booking:

Booking status green:
If your booking has been set correctly, you cannot cancel it immediately. You can only let the booking expire at the end of the current performance period. Bookings are automatically extended by a further month 14 days before the end of the current performance period if you have chosen "Yes" in the extension option for the respective booking under "Buy" - "My bookings" in your account. If you have chosen "No" here, the booking will expire at the end of the current performance period (see the details of this booking under the menu item "My bookings"). The seller may not remove the link before then. Please note that an extension that has already taken place cannot be reversed. The deactivation of the extension option then takes effect at the next extension date. If the booking is no longer correctly set, the teliad crawler will automatically detect this. You then have an extraordinary cancellation right via the menu item "Buy" - "Crawler status". Please note the corresponding instructions on this.

Booking status yellow:
You can cancel a booking that has the yellow status under the menu item "Buy" - "My bookings" ("Terminate"). In this case your invoice credit account will naturally be credited immediately with the sum for the performance period that has already been paid for.

Booking status orange:
If the booking has been made together with other bookings, it is unfortunately no longer possible to cancel individual new bookings which have the orange booking status. It is only possible to cancel the complete invoice if it has not yet been paid.

The invoice can be cancelled under the menu item "My account" - "Invoices".
