The seller hasn’t / has no longer set my booked Text Link or Post Link properly.
teliad checks daily using an automatic crawler whether or not bookings have been set correctly. If this is not the case for a particular booking, you will see an error message under the menu item "Buy" - "Crawler status". The seller will be informed about this error message and will be requested to set the booking correctly. If the seller does not comply with our request, you can cancel this booking under the menu item "Buy" - "Crawler status" from the third day onwards and immediately in a repeated case. If you use this cancellation option, your invoice credit account will naturally be credited immediately with the sum for the performance period that has already been paid for. If the seller corrects the faulty integration of the Text Link or Post Link, we will automatically mark your booking with the "crawler status green" and your cancellation option will expire.
Please note that the cancellation possibility is merely an option available to you and that teliad does not carry out any automatic cancellations. Since the crawler is only active once per day, time discrepancies can occur. Therefore, if in doubt, please always wait one or two days.
