The seller has not (longer) integrated the Blog Post correctly
Bookings are only marked with "green status" (integrated) once the Blog Post has been set correctly. The paid performance period of your booking commences from this point in time. In addition, teliad checks daily using an automatic crawler whether or not Blog Posts are still set correctly. If this is not the case, you will see a corresponding error message under the menu item "Buy" - "Crawler status".
The seller will be informed about this error message and will be requested to set the Blog Post correctly. If the seller does not comply with this request, you will have the option to cancel this booking under the menu item "Buy" - "Crawler status" from the third working day onwards and immediately in the case of a repeat occurrence. In this case your invoice credit account will naturally be credited immediately with the sum for the performance period that has already been paid for. If the seller corrects the faulty integration of the Blog Post, it will be marked with the "green status" again and your cancellation option will expire.
