Bookings are automatically extended by a further month 14 days before the end of the current performance period if you have chosen "Yes" in the extension option for the respective booking under "Buy" - "My bookings" in your account. Precise details (extension date and performance period) can be obtained from the details of this booking. teliad recommends this setting in all cases, because only long-term links between webpages lead to the desired success.

Please note that an extension that has already taken place cannot be reversed. The deactivation of the extension option then takes effect at the next extension date.

If you forget to set the extension option, the only possibility is to make the booking again when the current booking expires. In this case, please note in the remarks field when booking that it is a continuation and that you forgot to activate the extension option. As a rule, the seller will not remove the booking, even if the new booking has an orange or yellow status for 1 or 2 more days.
