I would like to cancel a booking. What do I do?
With our product Blog Posts you purchase an article one time on a blog. We guarantee the buyer that the article will remain integrated for at least 12 months. However sellers are asked to not delete the article even after these 12 months and usually there is no need to do so.
Thus, a premature cancelation is not possible.
Cancelation is only possible if a Blog Post is not correctly integrated anymore or if the seller has not integrated it at all.
After reception of payment, sellers have 7 days to compose the article and integrate it. After this period, you will be entitled to cancelation, should the wait be to long for you. You will receive the paid amount back entirely.
