What should I do if the seller has rejected or not processed the requested changes to one of my text link bookings?
The seller is not under any obligation to accept your desired changes. If the change is only small, for example a slight change in the link text or the correction of a spelling mistake, the seller should not actually reject your request. However, if you wish to link to a completely different URL from a different content area, for example, his rejection is perfectly understandable. If the seller has rejected your desired changes and you do not wish to continue the booking with the old booking details, you can terminate the booking in your account effective from the end of the current performance period (‘Buy’ - ‘My bookings’ - ‘Deactivate extension option’). If a booking has recently been extended, it can no longer be reversed. In this case, the booking will run until the end of the next performance period if you now deactivate the extension option.
Sellers are urged to process requested changes. If the seller does not process your desired change, you are welcome to repeat your request. If once again no processing results, this should be interpreted as a rejection of your requested change.
