What should I do if the seller has not yet integrated a text link that has already been paid for?
We request that the seller integrates the text link immediately upon receipt of payment. We also remind the seller regularly until he has actually set the text link. Please remember that in some cases it can take several working days before the seller integrates the text link and that teliad has no possibility to directly influence this. In any case, the performance period only begins from the point when the text link is integrated.
As soon as the seller has integrated the link, we mark your booking with the "green status" and inform you immediately by e-mail. If you feel that the processing time is taking too long, you can cancel your booking again under the menu item ‘Buy’- ‘My bookings’. Your invoice credit account will then be credited immediately with the paid amount. However, we would request that you not be too hasty with cancellations.
