Why haven’t I received a registration e-mail?
You can log into your customer account as soon as you have registered. You will receive an e-mail from us in any case. If you have not received an e-mail after several days, despite having supplied the correct registration data, please contact us. It is possible that the confirmation e-mail has ended up in a spam filter or that the supplied e-mail address was incorrect.
